This pizza features a new product - smoked chicken - sourced from our local supplier, Kadejan. Aaron Nytroe, the Wedge's Meat and Seafood Manager, worked with Norm Nytroe at Kadejan (who happens to be his father) to develop this new process. The Kadejan family is committed to supporting and promoting the small family farm.
The pizza will be available, ready to take and bake, in the build your own pizza section of the cheese cooler (across from the meat counter). The ingredients will also be available all month.
