Artisan Aged Goat: this is a semi firm aged cheese made from milk from Amish goat dairies in and around Vernon County. Mild and fruity, this cheese will appeal to kids and adults alike.
Seasonal Cellar-Aged Gouda: another grass based cheese from milk produced by the Edelweiss Graziers in Wisconsin. This cheese is cellar cured two years and has very complex flavor. Truly an extraordinary cheese and group of farmers and cheese makers.
