The Wedge Deli provides you with high-quality, nutritious foods and offers options for those following specialized diets. Many of our ingredients are organically grown. Our eggs are from free-range chickens. Our meats are nitrate- and antibiotic-free. And we use reverse osmosis filtered water for cooking and baking. Few delis in town can make similar claims.
