Blends for Well-Being
Use the following blends in a diffuser to enhance positive emotions and bring harmony to your home. If you don't have a diffuser, dilute the oil blends in "carrier" oils (non-aromatic, skin-friendly oils like jojoba or almond) and apply to your skin like a perfume or as a massage oil.
As you blend the oils, take time to smell the mixture as you add each drop to see how the aroma changes. Feel free to alter the proportions to suit your own nose. Try it; your mind and body will thank you.
