As a Certified Organic retailer, we are proud that over 41% of our sales are of certified organic products. Nothing in the Wedge is labeled "organic" unless we can track the certification papers, so you can be confident about your organic purchases in every department.

We also specialize in bringing local products to market. In 2010, 34% of our sales were of locally produced products. We push that number a little further every year, and make it easy for you to track how much of your shopping is "local" on your receipts.
