Credit Union membership is a distinct benefit no matter what your age. City-County Federal Credit Union is proud to offer a wonderful variety of age-specific programs for all our members, including Savasaurus and boom!

CCF's Savasaurus program is designed for our youngest members, those under age 12. When a child's account is opened they receive a special Savasaur us gift packet which includes a piggy-bank, pencil, paper, eraser and a transaction receipt booklet. With every qualifying deposit the child earns a Sunny the Savasaurus sticker redeem-able for prizes. Kids can earn stickers toward key chains, coin holder necklaces, and other cool Sunny stuff. There are also fun, interactive events for our Savasaur us members held throughout the year.

When our young members reach their teen years their account is transitioned into our boom! Club (Budgeting Our Own Money!) City-County Federal's boom! Club members have "real life" financial experiences such as their first Share Draft (checking) account, Debit card, and a low-limit VISA credit card with parental approval and supervision. These members range in age from 13 to 22 years and they all have access to regularly scheduled financial education classes. In boom! Club classes they'll learn things like how to manage their money, how to balance a checkbook, and how to protect their identity and avoid common scams and predatory practices. Taught by Lenders, Member Service Representatives, Branch Managers and other talented CCFCU staff members, these classes are free of charge and always well attended.
