Sales for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 were just under $30,500,000. It is a slight increase over the previous year, but we are thrilled with that result. For the first part of the year, sales were running behind the previous year so we are glad to have finished ahead by about a quarter million dollars.

The average number of shoppers per day this year was 2,679. Last year it was 2,658. The average customer count has increased every year since 2004, except for 2006 and 2007 when it was exactly the same (2,562 shoppers per day). The average transaction this year was $31.15; last year it was $31.52.

Final sales numbers for the warehouse were not available when the newsletter went to print, but I expect they will be about $11,000,000 - our best year ever for Co-op Partners Warehouse.
