Bulk HBC items have moved over to the HBC department in Aisle 6. We needed to make room for the Restore the Earth cleaning product display and this was one way to do it. We also wanted to have a way for HBC personnel to keep a closer eye on the products since they can be so messy. The area they are displayed in is less convenient because the closest scale is by the bulk herbs and teas and the pumps are still on the lowest shelf, which is a real pain in the back! We are working on a plan to renovate HBC, which will include a new fixture for these bulk items and more space in general! -Julia, HBC Manager

There are a small number of products at the Wedge that contain this harmful fat, but each of them has a following among our shoppers. We continually try to educate and offer alternatives.

We can easily remove hydrogenated fat from our own products. The Deli Bakery has replaced margarine that used to be in our vegan pastries and desserts with a non-hydrogenated vegan spread, Earth Balance. -Elizabeth, Member Services

Great customers! -Kathryn, Customer Service Coordinator

Linden Hills is a great co-op - however - we will pick up this Orangina - as long as you promise to still go there from time to time. -Fern, Purchasing Manager
