Results of the Wedge Board Election and Bylaws Revisions

Thanks to the 1,505 Wedge member-owners who cast valid ballots! That's the largest number of ballots ever cast in a Wedge election.

There were five open seats, so the top five vote-getters were elected.

The revised bylaws were approved by an overwhelming vote, 1,080 For and 83 Against.

The revised bylaws are effective immediately. New copies are already at the Customer Service Desk, and are also available on the web site.

The results are in but the board has to determine the grants based on a proportional method. Watch the February Newsletter for the results.

Thanks to all our members and staff for stepping up to achieve more than a quorum (1,074) of the ballots needed for a valid election.
