Customer Service Desk Update

Greetings to you all! I want to take an opportunity to introduce myself, and to reintroduce our fabulous customer service counter. My name is Kathryn Lawrence, and I have been working as the Customer Service Coordinator here at the Wedge since the end of January. Now that I have had some time to get acquainted with the "behind the scenes" Wedge, as well as many of our members, I am beginning the process of creating better communication between these two dynamic entities where they frequently converge - the customer service counter. One of the areas that has needed some attention, according to the helpful feedback and comments that I've received so far, is our returns policy, so that is where I decided to begin. Here is the refreshed - and hopefully refreshing - new version of our returns policy:

Our goal, as always, is to consistently provide a friendly, helpful environment in which your every return and inquiry will be handled clearly and expeditiously.
