for Two Special Opportunities to Help Your Co-op

We need members to help us prepare for the fall elections for the board and WedgeShare.

If you want to shape the future of the board without running for a position yourself, consider being part of the Nominations Committee.

The Nominations Committee consists of a board member, a member of the Wedge's Management and a Wedge Member at Large. We're seeking a member with experience in Human Resources and/or Finance, to assist with screening, interviewing and selecting board candidates. If you are interested in being part of this very important process, please email a brief statement explaining your interest and qualifications to wedgehr@wedge.coop by June 21, 2009.

The WedgeShare Committee would like help reviewing and screening the grant applicants. The member(s) who join the WedgeShare Committee this year will participate in screening and interviewing the grant applicants, to recommend a slate of WedgeShare candidates to the Board of Directors for the election in October 2009. If you have experience evaluating grant applications, please send your qualifications to bodadmin@wedge.coop by June 19.
