Solar Panels in Bulk?

A Wedge member sent this along: "I am not sure how you decide on what to include within the newsletter, but I wondered if you would take a look at the website www.1bog.org (One Block Off the Grid). I just signed up to get info on a program. It brings people in a similar area together to get solar on our homes with a big discount since it would be done in bulk. Very cool idea. Check it out: signing up doesn't commit you to anything. I thought this would be something the Wedge community might be interested in."
