For the last 16 years, Mark of Produce has spent the Sunday before Valentine's Day out on the floor, dipping fresh fruit into melted chocolate for customers to enjoy. This year, it was so popular that requests for the recipe have been flooding in right and left. So we asked our deli baker Gary just what he did to make that chocolate sauce so darn delicious. Here now is his recipe for you to try at home or share with all your loved ones this February 14.
