Free Yoga – Wednesday Evenings

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 30, 2017
All levels are welcome to these gentle vinyasa-style classes lead by instructor Amy Patee. No experience necessary. We have some mats available or bring your own. Add the healthful food from the Wedge Table, along with movement and relaxation, to your week!
Space is limited to 35 people maximum and is filled on a first-come basis.
