Roasted Chicken Shawarma Bowl with Tzatziki

Roasted chicken infused with warm shawarma spices alongside cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and creamy homemade tzatziki sauce all served on fluffy jasmine rice. This shawarma bowl brings all the right blends of spices and freshness to the table. We start with roasted, marinated chicken – not unlike fajitas, actually – and give them a Levantine twist with this shawarma spice blend. Think warm spices like curry, paprika and cinnamon all paired with a tangy tzatziki sauce and fresh veggies… a perfect blend of flavor for an easy dinner!

Lemon Parmesan Chicken with Asparagus & Mashed Potatoes

Chicken breasts simmered in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce with asparagus, wilted kale, garlic and parmesan. All served over buttery mashed potatoes. Nothing says comfort like a plate full of buttery mashed potatoes! We’ve really brought things up a notch by topping these potatoes (and chicken) with a creamy sauce that is balanced by adding tangy and sweet sun-dried tomatoes and bright notes of lemon to the mix. Just because we crave comfort food, it doesn’t mean we have to get comfortable with bland flavors!
