Owner Benefits

Everyone is welcome at the Wedge Community Co-op!

Everyone is welcome to shop, but the Wedge simply wouldn’t exist without owners. Unlike other stores that sell local, organic, clean foods it’s important to remember that co-ops are owned and governed by the members who shop at the stores. No distant shareholders pull the strings of power. We elect our fellow owners to hire management and steer the future of our co-ops.

Owners enjoy monthly discounts, owners-only specials around the store, and a patronage refund on annual purchases during profitable years. And to top it all off, our owners are a proud part of our local food community, supporting local farmers and small producers right here in our region.

The Wedge and Linden Hills are one co-op, so becoming an owner means you are a part of the Wedge Community Co-op and Linden Hills Co-op. You only join once. There are no annual fees or additional costs. Your ownership lasts as long as you shop at the co-op. We think the financial benefits make joining nearly irresistible.
