• Meatball Hoagies with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

1 Package WedgeMade Meatballs OR 1 Package Gardein Frozen Meatless Meatballs

3–4 Wedgemade Hot Dog Buns

1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce

4 oz. fresh or aged mozzarella

2 large heads of broccoli

Preparation

To roast broccoli preheat oven to 450º. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces, toss with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and roast for approximately 15 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned, but not burnt.

If using fresh meatballs, bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through.

In a large sauce pan, toss cooked or frozen precooked meatballs with marinara sauce and cook on medium low, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

Thinly slice mozzarella, and lay over meatballs in pan. Cover with lid, and turn heat down to low, until cheese is melty.

Meanwhile, cut notches in rolls, and spoon in meatballs, sauce and cheese. You’ll want about 3-4 meatballs per roll. Serve with roasted broccoli for a complete meal.
