1 cup Shakshuka sauce (from the Hot Bar—just the sauce, not the eggs)
1 lb. Cod
1 cup Couscous (from bulk area)
Dash a little salt and pepper on the cod and sauté on both sides in olive oil until almost cooked through.
Add shakshuka sauce right before it is finished.
Meanwhile, boil 11/2 cups of water with a tablespoon of olive oil and dash of salt. Once it boils, add the couscous, cover pan, and take off heat. Let sit 5 minutes.
Serve the Shakshuka cod over the couscous.
